Photo / Likeness Authorization

You grant Short Film Creations permission to use the photos and likenesses you provide to design characters, develop the story, and produce your personalized short film. This authorization is limited to creating and delivering your project and related revisions or future episodes you request.

For any family member under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you have the authority to authorize the use of that minor's photo and likeness. You accept responsibility for obtaining any permissions needed from other adults depicted.

We recommend approximately three clear photos per character (front-facing, 45-degree angle, and side profile). We may request additional photos when necessary to create consistent characters.

We do not use your family's photos or likenesses for advertising, marketing, or any public showcase without your separate, explicit permission. Your photos are used to create your movie.

You may withdraw this authorization and request deletion of your photos by contacting us, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy and the completion of any in-progress project.
