Refund / Revision Policy

Each movie is a custom, made-to-order creative work built around your family. Because production begins once your request is confirmed, refunds depend on how far along your project is.

If you cancel before our creative team has begun developing your story and characters, you may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid, less a reasonable administrative fee. Contact us as soon as possible.

Your package may include a set number of revision rounds so you can refine the story. Additional revisions beyond those included may be available for an additional fee. We'll always confirm revision scope with you before proceeding.

Once your movie has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of the work. If something is wrong with your delivered movie, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right under the revision process.
